Cookie Policy

Applies to antonyhodari.co.uk and all of our brand and campaign websites

Version 1.0  ·  Last updated: 4 June 2026

1. About this cookie policy

This cookie policy explains how Antony Hodari Holdings Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more fully how we collect and use personal information and the rights you have.

We operate a number of websites and brands – including Antony Hodari Solicitors, Housing Disrepair Claims, Social Housing Problems and Tenants Repair Services – which are all trading names of Antony Hodari Holdings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08098734) with its registered office at 83 Fountain Street, Manchester, M2 2EE. We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA number 569572) and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under reference ZA097080.

If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please contact compliance@antonyhodari.co.uk.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or device when you visit a website. They record information about how you interact with and use the site, which allows the site to work properly and to provide a more tailored experience. Where this cookie policy refers to “cookies”, it also covers similar technologies such as pixels, tags, web beacons, local storage and software development kits, which work in comparable ways.

Cookies may be “first-party” (set by the website you are visiting) or “third-party” (set by another organisation, such as an analytics or advertising provider). They may be “session” cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or “persistent” cookies, which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.

3. The categories of cookie we use

We group the cookies on our sites into the categories below. Only strictly necessary cookies are set automatically; all other categories are used only where you have given your consent (see section 5).

  • Strictly necessary cookies – these are needed for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include cookies that remember your cookie-consent choices, keep the site secure, and enable core features such as web forms. Because they are essential, they do not require your consent.
  • Analytics and performance cookies – these help us understand how visitors use our sites, for example which pages are visited and how people arrived at the site, so that we can improve how the sites work. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. These cookies are used only with your consent.
  • Advertising and marketing cookies – these help us run and measure our advertising on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and X (Twitter), including measuring which adverts lead to enquiries (conversion tracking) and, where applicable, remarketing. These cookies are used only with your consent.

4. Analytics, advertising and measurement

As explained in our Privacy Policy, we use advertising and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, TikTok and X (Twitter) Ads to promote our services, measure how effective our advertising is, and understand how people interact with our websites. These platforms may use cookies, pixels, tags or similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, your interactions with the site, your device and browser type, approximate location, IP address and online identifiers.

Where you have given consent, we may use advertising-measurement features such as Google Consent Mode, conversion tracking, remarketing and enhanced conversion measurement. These features may allow advertising platforms to receive information about your visit and, in some cases, securely hashed contact information (such as an email address or phone number). Hashing converts that information into a protected format before it is used for matching and measurement.

We do not share the details of your legal enquiry, claim circumstances, housing conditions, landlord information, documents or case notes with advertising platforms for advertising or targeting purposes.

Some cookies set through advertising, referral or sponsored-link programmes are used for conversion and referral tracking and typically expire after around 30 days, though some may last longer. Clicking a sponsored link or advert on our site may take you to a third party’s website, which will have its own cookie and privacy policies that we do not control.

5. Your choices and how to manage cookies

When you first visit one of our sites, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot work without them; all other cookies are set only if you agree.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using our Cookie Settings, which reopens the cookie banner so you can update your choices. Withdrawing consent will not affect the legal services we provide to you, and it does not undo any processing that has already taken place based on your earlier consent.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies already stored on your device. Most browsers explain how to do this in their help section. Please note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of our sites may not work as intended. To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, you can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The table below lists the main cookies used across our websites. Not every cookie is set on every site, and the specific cookies set on your device will depend on the site you visit and the choices you make through our cookie banner. Cookies can change as we update our sites and our tags, so we review this list regularly.
