Personal Injury is a market that has developed throughout the 80’s and 90’s. We recognised the change in the market and over the past 15 years have developed as a leading national personal injury claimant firm. We have dealt with tens of thousands of cases over the years, recovering damages of hundreds of thousands of pounds in some cases. We try to settle cases without issuing proceedings but where settlement is not forthcoming we will take cases to Court and to Trial if necessary, in order to get the rightful settlement for our clients.

We recognise that personal injury and inability to work is not just caused by car accidents but by slips and trips, and accidents at work. In recent years our specialism has extended to include recovering compensation from all types of injury claims.
