Summary
Michael joined the company as an Initial Claims Handler in 2007 before progressing onto the Small Claims & Hire Team in 2008 and more recently the Case Advisor team in 2011. Michael also successfully completed a 6 month secondment as a QA Executive in 2010 to review and improve the quality of files prior to re-allocation between departments within the company.
