“The new RTA claims process agreed by the MOJ will provide a better service for clients if personal injury law firms embrace the reforms and invest heavily in infrastructure. Antony Hodari & Co has been planning for this outcome for some time by streamlining our process and investing in an automated case management system. There is still much work to be done. The insurance industry has a major role in the success of this process going forward as the new process will only work effectively if insurers are able to comply with the rules. For us, our client still comes first and if insurers cannot comply then we will have to do whatever is necessary within the new framework to ensure that we achieve the best results for our clients.”
